The David Mashour Home Group is open to anyone who has a heart for families that are impacted by catastrophic childhood disease. They focus ministry efforts on helping these families, especially those finding themselves temporarily relocated to Memphis for treatment at St. Jude or LeBonheur. The weekly lessons include examining how these families are especially affected and how they might benefit from prayers and some special attention. They welcome anyone who has had (or is having) a journey with a child experiencing a childhood illness. They also welcome anyone who wants to be involved to pray for and serve this unique group of people.
David and Cindy have been married since 1983 and members of Bellevue for over 25 years. They have 2 grown sons and 3 grandchildren. David is a cancer patient himself and Cindy retired in May 2023 as a kindergarten teacher.
